[Feature] Memories Timeline

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

While some people suggested memory notifications, I think having a memory timeline might be more interesting and simpler to implement as of now. An example for such a feature is when you Navigate within the Google Fotos mobile App to Collection -> Moments (in the bottom, right under Favorites).

Due to the nature of how Immich forms new Albums from on-device directories, it's hard to find images from past trips are fun days. This feature would automatically group them by criteria such as density of images during a certain day or in a certain location and how they differ from the typical. This should be possible with an very simple clustering algorithm.
