Add Hover Effect to All Footer Links

The footer section of the website contains multiple links under the Contact and Credits columns. Currently, these links do not have any hover animation or visual feedback, making the user experience less interactive.

Requested Enhancement:
Apply a consistent hover effect to all footer links.

The effect may include:

1. Color change
2. Underline animation
3. Smooth transition
4. Any modern interactive hover style
   Expected Outcome:
   When a user hovers over any footer link, it should visibly react with the chosen hover style, improving UI clarity and overall user experience.

Thanks for checking! This issue originated from reviewing the footer section, where I noticed that the links under Contact and Credits had no hover feedback. I created the issue to suggest improving the UI/UX by adding a consistent hover effect. Let me know if you’d like more details or examples.

I have to say that I disagree on making this an issue right now. I don't think we need a hover effect in the footer, and there are so many other things to spend time on right now. But most of all, I'm not sure how many birthday events will come in. So where the page is going now needs clarification.
