The Minify process raises an Exception in the case of Deny, also certain services that are not recognised (eg bcm-data-exports).
It would be useful if these limitations could be recognised, but still allow the operation to process the rest of the policy.
Hence a feature to switch off Deny processing, also those other services, without an Exception being raised.
A flag of some kind could be output to show that there were some missing permissions - either on stderr or in-line in the processed result.
